Terms of Service
These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Yuyum via Creem and described on https://byyuyum.com.
The product
You are buying a digital download (PDF templates / guides) for personal, educational use in job applications. We are not a recruiting agency, employer, or affiliate of LinkedIn, Upwork, or any other platform named in the materials.
License
After payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the files for your own job search and freelancing outreach.
You may not:
- Resell, republish, or redistribute the files or substantial copies
- Claim the templates as your own product
- Use our materials to imply endorsement by any company or platform
No job guarantee
Templates improve clarity and speed of applications. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, income, or platform approval.
Delivery
Download links are provided on the Creem success page and/or by email after payment. If a link fails, email support@byyuyum.com with your order ID within a reasonable time and we will re-deliver.
Refunds
If a file is corrupt or will not open, email support@byyuyum.com with your order ID and we will re-deliver the files at no charge.
If the files work but you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support with your order ID. We process refunds through Creem. After 7 days, sales are final except where required by law or by Creem’s platform rules. Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can help.
Disclaimer
Files are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for hiring decisions made by third parties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Acceptable use
Do not use the templates to spam, harass, misrepresent your experience, or violate any platform’s rules or applicable law. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you send to employers and clients.
Changes to the product
We may update file contents over time. Existing buyers are not automatically entitled to every future update unless we state otherwise at purchase.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
